Walking

Near Ballum Camping are several hiking trails. You can start  from the campsite! The routes vary in length from 4 to 12 kilometers and can also be combined. The partly unpaved trails run through cornfields with a fantastic view over the Marsch and the Wadden Sea. The trails also run through historic villages where you can admire all the elements belonging to the environment.

The paths run along the Wadden Sea, where a walk on the dike offers very unique experiences. There are benches along the trails where you can relax wonderfully and enjoy the surroundings!

Cycling

The North Sea Cycle Route is 6200 kilometers long and passes through all the countries bordering the North Sea including Denmark. Ballum Camping is right on the bike trail. After your cycling tour, you are most welcome to come stay in your tent (DKK 75,00 (1 pers.) / DKK 100,00 (2 pers.) or in one of our cabins or Tipi-tents.

If you want to rent a bike with us, please let us know.

At the campsite there is a bike station that is free for the maintenance of your bike.
