On the border between Denmark and Germany, you will find nature area Rudbøl part of the Wadden Sea National Park. In the spring this is the nesting place of various bird species, the young birds are raised in the summer and in the autumn they leave for the south. A magnificent spectacle!

Experience the Vikings in Ribe Viking Center, go for a walk through the charming old streets and alleys, climb the church tower or drive with the Mandø Bus. Ribe is always worth a trip.

The island Rømø is accessible through a 10 km long dam. Rømø has a wide beach ideal for sports such as surfing, beach sailing and dragon flies. You drive with your car on the beach! The island has lots of woods for walking with your dog. From the harbor the ferry sails to Sylt in 45 minutes.
